Reorder pages in a PDF
Fix a misordered scan or rearrange a document’s pages — nothing else changes.
Scanners feed pages out of order more often than anyone would like, and sometimes a document just needs its sections in a different sequence. Reorder Pages lets you rearrange every page of a PDF into the order you want, with all content preserved exactly as it was.
How to reorder pages
- Drop your PDF file into the upload area — maximum 50 MB.
- Tell us how many pages the PDF has, then click "Show pages" to build the reorder list.
- Use the up/down arrows to move pages into the order you want.
- Click "Reorder pages" and download the result.
Common use cases
- Fix pages that came out of a scanner in the wrong sequence.
- Move an appendix or table of contents to a different position.
- Rearrange slides or sections exported as a single PDF.
- Put the signature page at the front (or back) of a contract.
